Abstract
"The scanty attendance at Monday evening's Community Meeting may
be rationalized. The majority of the Community was perhaps persuaded that
the Community Council's proposal, after ample or excessive discussion,
would be adopted and a slate of nominees for the New Constitutional
Drafting Committee subsequently prepared."
