Description
More than 100 Vermont high school students recently participated in the Governor's Institute on the Arts, held at Castleton State College. The event was sponsored by the Department of Education, the Vermont Council on the Arts and the college. Institute Director Susan Sgorbati, left, presented T-shirts to Gov. Madeleine Kunin and Education Commissioner Stephen Kaagan, who appeared as the event winded down.
