Administration Opposes Change in the Rule Regulating Hours for Men in Student Rooms
Abstract
"The Administration, meeting as a constituency, expresses its opposition
to the adoption of the change in the rule regulating hours for men in student
rooms recently voted by the Student constituency....we are aware that the issue before us is not simple; nor will it be resolved merely by approving or disapproving the proposal before us. Fundamental questions concerning the nature and governance of educational institutions
generally, and Bennington in particular, are involved.
