Abstract
"The members of Booth House have placed themselves
on a "no party probation" now passed on officially by
the Judicial Committee. It is now the responsibility
of each and every member of the house to make sure no
parties begin (a party being loosely defined as more
than 10-15 people, a record player, liquor, etc.,
although a gathering may be a "party" without fulfilling
these qualifications) and if one does seem
to be beginning, to ask everyone to leave, or to call
the night watchman if necessary."
