Box 11. General Meetings were a prominent part of campus life during the early years of Bennington College. These meetings served as a forum for performances, readings, lectures, and discussions from across the academic disciplines. Meetings often featured guest lecturers, although performances and lectures by Bennington faculty members and students were also featured. Documents relate to the planning and documenting of the general meetings, and include correspondence, event programs and announcements, and schedules of meetings.
