The Bennington Sustainable Food Project (BSFP) is a student organization at Bennington College that focuses on issues concerning food and sustainability. The main projects of the group are The Coop and Purple Carrot Farm. After 2017, the name The Bennington Sustainable Food Project (BSFP) was used less frequently and the project became commonly known as simply Purple Carrot Farm.
