Abstract
Report of the Community Chest Committee presented to the community at the Community Meeting on December 4, 1935. The report discusses the amendment to the Organization of the Bennington College Community outlining the formation and governance of the Community Chest Committee and explains the amendment grew out of a need for a central organization to receive and evaluate all charitable demands made upon the Community as a whole.
