Abstract
The structure of the six day conference was: 1. Morning Meetings: Discussion groups in each of twelve student houses for students, faculty and guests. These discussions will be under the chairmanship of members of the Bennington College faculty. 2. Afternoon Meetings: A series of seminars, panel discussions and performances, sponsored by the Bennington College faculty groups. 3. Evening Meetings: A series of General Meetings on contemporary
