At far right is a painting by Kenzo Okada, "Rocks", donated to the Fiftieth Anniversary Fund by alumna Jamie Porter Gagarin. In the case is Frances Barth's illustrated, handprinted "Book of the Russian Alphabet". Puff Mortimer stands by to assist in the translation.

    A view of the main gallery at Sotheby, Parke, Bernet. A smaller room was used to display prints and drawings and small paintings. Along the left wall and somewhat visible is: Paul Feeley's "Three Marine Bathers", Robert Motherwell's collage "Sea Lion with Red Stripe", Susan Tunick's "Wabash Cannonball" on outward projecting beam. The large painting at left .rear is Cora Cohen's "Horse Latitudes". Center pedestal shows Robert Cronin's "Bagatelle". In the foreground is alumna Lexey Russell whose painting is not visible.
